Miles & More is the Lufthansa Group’s loyalty programme. The programme has over 170 international partners, including 40 airline partners the 25 Star Alliance airlines, and a wide range of companies from different sectors such as airports, hotels, travel, mobility, entertainment, shopping and finance. The core of this diverse programme with attractive benefits and exclusive travel privileges is for our members to earn and redeem miles for awards or earn Points to achieve frequent flyer status.
Worldshop
Miles & More GmbH as operator of Worldshop is responsible for the online shop worldshop.eu and is represented with a total of six shops at Frankfurt, Munich, Berlin and Vienna airports.
With a total of over 400 premium brands and more than 4,500 articles, there is something for every taste, both online and in-store. We give our customers a shopping experience like no other.

Our headquarters
The headquarters of Miles & More GmbH is located at the heart of airline operations at Frankfurt Airport at the Lufthansa base, “Tor 21”.
Thanks to direct transport connections, it is quick and easy to reach by local and long-distance transport: from Frankfurt Airport Terminal 1, the headquarters can be reached by shuttle bus ‘West-P65’ or ‘West-Tor 25’ or on foot in 15 minutes. There are also plenty of parking spaces available on site for employees who travel by car, motorbike or bicycle. After successfully registering at the entrance gate “Tor 21”, visitors can reach us via our reception in the BG 3 building on the 3rd floor, where they are welcomed with an inviting waiting area that offers a first glimpse into our programme world.
The modern office spaces were designed in collaboration with our employees and reflect our open corporate culture. In addition to our ‘Coffee Gate’ lounge and a number of special meeting rooms, there are also several canteens and Lufthansa cafés within walking distance, as well as access to the Worldshop Base Store for employees.
