Miles & More is the Lufthansa Group’s loyalty programme. We offer our members three key services: programme membership including payment option, valuable awards, and travel benefits – all according to their status level.
Worldshop
In Frankfurt, Munich, Dusseldorf, Hamburg and Berlin, we operate a total of eight Worldshop stores with more than 800 square metres of retail space. Together with the worldshop.eu online shop, we offer more than 3,500 high-quality and inspiring products from more than 400 premium brands to give our customers a shopping experience like no other.
Lufthansa Group
The Lufthansa Group is a global aviation group with more than 300 subsidiaries and affiliated companies. The Group is made up of three segments: Network Airlines, Eurowings and Aviation Services. Miles & More GmbH is a wholly owned subsidiary of Deutsche Lufthansa AG based in Frankfurt am Main.
Our headquarters
The headquarters of Miles & More GmbH are located right next to Frankfurt Airport in the Main Airport Center (MAC).
Thanks to direct transport connections, we are easily reachable by both local and long-distance transport. The Steigenberger Airport Hotel’s free shuttle bus connects the MAC to Terminals 1 and 2 seven days a week, 24 hours a day.
As well as modern workspaces, the building houses a canteen and bistro, and looks out across Frankfurt City Forest. Our reception is located on the 2nd floor in section A2 of the building.
