Miles & More GmbH brings together three strong brands: Miles & More as the loyalty programme of the Lufthansa Group, Worldshop as a retail platform and the employer brand Miles & More GmbH itself as an attractive employer.

Worldshop

Miles & More GmbH as operator of Worldshop is responsible for the online shop worldshop.eu and is represented with a total of ten shops at Frankfurt, Munich, Düsseldorf, Hamburg, Berlin and Vienna airports.

With a total of over 400 premium brands and more than 6,500 articles, there is something for every taste, both online and in-store. We give our customers a shopping experience like no other.

Our headquarters

The headquarters of Miles & More GmbH are located right next to Frankfurt Airport in the Main Airport Center (MAC).

Thanks to direct transport connections, we are easily reachable by both local and long-distance transport. The Steigenberger Airport Hotel’s free shuttle bus connects the MAC to Terminals 1 and 2 seven days a week, 24 hours a day.

As well as modern workspaces, the building houses a canteen and bistro, and looks out across Frankfurt City Forest. Our reception is located in building section C, 2nd floor, C1.
